Dr.M. Tina Dupree is the chicken lady.
She worked at the second largest chicken restaurant in the world for 12 years as there director of community relations and training.
Because of her involvement, she has lovingly been gave the as the chicken lady.
In honor of her president Bush proclaimed November 4th natiional chicken lady day.
